It’s Okay To Do Nothing !

Hey beautiful, how are you doing today? You didn’t do anything today? Did I hear that? Well, I am not surprised at all. 

We’re all going through a weird and difficult situation right now. The frustration levels are increasing drastically and we’re on the verge of killing our family members for we’re bored of seeing them for more than 3 months now.

By now you’ve probably gotten into fights with your siblings, or your parents for no good reason, isn’t it? Don’t panic. You’re just taking out your irritation on them. 

All this is just okay. You’ve got no place on the earth to go but your home so your mood swings are all accepted. 

Don’t feel confused or shattered if one day you feel like doing nothing. That’s because life has taken a toll on you. It’s the same boring WFH routine that you’ve been following for a long time now. So, if one day you feel like doing nothing, it’s fine. You have not wasted it by doing nothing.

You’re healing while you’re doing nothing. 

Today, if you’re breathing healthily then close your eyes and thank the Lord for you are alive and have food on your table.

Think about the millions of people who’re starving for they’ve lost their jobs, businesses are shut and lost their loved ones in this pandemic. 

Your moody day will come and go. One gloomy day doesn’t make a bad life.

 

I’ll keep this blog short and crisp and want you to do one thing – Pat yourself for sustaining through these tough times. 

Be assured that we’re nearing a new normal and we shall all come out of this pandemic with flying colours.
